CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY
Diapulse Technologies
Lightware’s work covered Shopify migration, user experience, content structure, and the organization of clinical briefs.
What we worked on
A medical technology company selling to clinicians and patients has two jobs on one site: sell a product properly, and present clinical material so it can be found and understood. Our work sat across both.
- SHOPIFY MIGRATION
- Migration work on the commerce side of the site, covering catalogue structure and the purchasing experience.
- USER EXPERIENCE
- Navigation and page structure so clinicians and patients can find what applies to them without reading everything.
- CONTENT
- Content structure and the editorial system behind the pages, rather than one-off page design.
- CLINICAL BRIEFS
- Organization of clinical briefs into a browsable, referenceable set instead of loose documents.
Where the design attention went
-
Two audiences, one site
Clinicians and patients arrive with different questions. The structure has to serve both without writing the same page twice.
-
Findability over volume
The value was in organizing existing material — categories, relationships, and naming — rather than producing more of it.
-
A platform the team can run
Content structure chosen so the client's own team can publish and reorganize without engineering help.
