A container haulage platform in production use by companies in Jamaica and the Caribbean.

WHO IT SERVES
Trucking and haulage companies are the customers. Their dispatchers run the day's work, their shipper customers watch their own moves, and their drivers close jobs out on a phone.
THE PROBLEM IT ADDRESSES
Island container haulage runs on phone calls and paper. Readiness, chassis, brokers, and driver pay live in separate places, and the shipper still has to call the yard to ask where a container is.
AVAILABILITY
In production and operated by Lightware as a multi-tenant platform. Onboarding is handled by our support team rather than self-serve signup.

MAIN CAPABILITIES

  • A live dispatch board for the day's container moves
  • Driver, truck, and chassis assignment, with brokers on port legs
  • A customer portal for requesting and tracking haulage
  • Signed proof of delivery from the driver's phone
  • Driver pay in JMD and operator analytics

WHO IT SERVES
Individuals and families organizing their own estate. Firms are served through a separate Enterprise plan, which the product routes to a sales conversation.

Estate planning is usually scattered across accounts, property, intentions, and paperwork that never quite gets finished. The product keeps all of it in one place and names the next step.
