Island container haulage is paper-and-phone work.
A typical job is a shipping container moving between a Kingston port berth, a yard, and a customer site. A dispatcher holds all of it at once: which boxes are ready, which still need an appointment, who has the chassis, which port leg needs a broker — and the shipper on the phone asking where their container is.

The move runs and the board stays current, so nobody has to chase a status by phone.

Proof of delivery is captured on the driver's phone, the customer is notified, and driver pay can auto-fill.

Three types cover the day's work: a Move between port and site, a Shifting reposition, and Travel.
The job is not done when the truck leaves the port.
- PROOF OF DELIVERY
- Signed by, signature image, notes, chit number, and the signing location — captured on the driver's phone as the move closes.
- DRIVER PAY IN JMD
- Flat rates by route and order type, overtime, and round-town versus country waiting rules, with a weekly payroll report and an unpaid filter. Spreadsheet work that now lives in the product.
- ANALYTICS
- Completed orders, average dispatch-to-delivery time, fleet utilization, unpaid completed work, and daily trend by order type. Invoicing is available to tenants who have it enabled.
